Enterprise Technology Sales Partner
Independent / Commission & Profit Share ContractRole Overview
ESNODE Technologies AB is looking for entrepreneurial, enterprise-connected B2B Technology Sales Partners. In this role, you will leverage your relationships with technology and business executives (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Directors of BI) to identify and close digital transformation, Python engineering, and enterprise AI consulting assignments.
Unlike traditional sales commission positions, ESNODE offers an industry-leading **40% to 50% profit-sharing structure** on the net profit of all development, advisory, and solution assignments you sell. You focus on securing the business; our pre-screened global delivery squad of senior engineers and architects handles all technical execution and delivery support.
Core Services You Will Be Selling
You will represent the full delivery portfolio of ESNODE Technologies:
Enterprise AI & Agents
Advisory, roadmaps, multi-agent systems, and customized RAG integrations (CrewAI, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI).
Python Platform Engineering
Scalable backend architectures, SaaS development, secure portals, and microservices (FastAPI & Django).
Data Analytics & BI
Modernizing data warehouses, custom KPI frameworks, and predictive analytical dashboards.
AIOps Observability Support
Enterprise deployment and support SLAs for the open-source **ESNODE-Core** power-aware monitoring daemon.

Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and network with enterprise decision-makers across UK, EU, and US markets.
- Conduct initial business discussions to understand process bottlenecks and identify AI/automation opportunities.
- Formulate high-level project proposals in collaboration with our Lead Solution Architect.
- Negotiate engagement terms and finalize contracts.
- Maintain client account relationships to secure recurring phases and expansion business.
Qualifications & Fit
- Demonstrated experience in B2B technology sales, software consultancy, technical recruiting, or enterprise client management.
- Access to a relevant network of decision-makers (C-level, IT directors, operations leadership) in industries like Finance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Logistics, or Telecoms.
- Basic technical literacy in modern cloud concepts, API-led systems, and artificial intelligence capabilities (you don't need to code, but you must understand how RAG, agents, or APIs solve client needs).
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, self-discipline, and consultative negotiation skills.
